Michael Schöch is a multi-award-winning and versatile musician who has made a name for himself internationally both as a pianist and as an organist.
On the recently renovated historic instrument of the pilgrimage church of Pöllauberg, he plays a program with works by Muffat, Pachelbel, Mozart and Estermann. The two works "Die Nachtigall" by Johann Pachelbel and "Capriccio sopra il cucu" by Johann Caspar Kerll already refer to the final concert of this year's festival, in which cuckoo and nightingale will be heard once again - then in Handel's concerto of the same name for organ and orchestra!
